About Nordtid

Nordtid is an independent calendar and date-tools site. We help people answer everyday questions quickly: what week is it, when is the next public holiday, how many days are there between two dates, and how many working days a period or year contains.

How our data is produced

All content on Nordtid is original and produced in-house. Dates are computed with our own algorithms: ISO 8601 week numbering, the Gregorian Easter calculation, and the statutory public-holiday rules for each market. We do not scrape or copy data, text, images or files from any other website. Downloadable files are generated by Nordtid.

Markets

Nordtid currently covers Sweden (nordtid.com/se). The site is built so that further markets can be added over time. Date calculations are language-independent; only the local holiday rules and translations differ per market.
